MLK United Sound Investment Coalition of Chattanooga

For the past year the MLK Neighborhood Association has been working on the MLK United Sound Investment Coalition (M.U.S.I.C.) to attract business to our economically depressed section of Chattanooga. We are focusing on music since this is historically the main music area of downtown.
